The Duchess high back conversion van rv seat is a Baron I with extra cushions on the top.It also is a very superior support seat. The base on the frame of the seat is made 1 1/2" longer to accommodate the arched springs and to give the foundation maximum support for the seat cushion. The center or main body support of the seat cushion is a high resilience foam that has no memory and will return to it's original position the second the weight is removed. It will give you constant support by not ever flattening out or getting hard. This frame and foam set-up will keep you sitting into the seat and not sliding into the center of the cushion like most seats. Sliding into the center of the seat accounts for the most fatigue and body stiffness on long trips. The back is 1" higher than the average seat and has a constant lumbar support spring to keep your back in correct position. The Duchess rv van seats are the best choice for those with back problems.
